Pipetteplan.nl is a free online tool to generate pipette schemes. Enter your well plate dimensions, number of donors, subgroups and subgroup sizes and hit the 'Generate Scheme' button. It is also possible to submit basic dilution information within subgroups. This tool is still in development, so please report any bugs or suggestions using the 'Give Feedback / Suggest New Features' button after you generated a scheme. Bugs / Features to make (26-2-2025):

Sometimes a impractical design is generated.
All donors/samples combined only fit in a 4-sided rectangle. This limits some configuration options.
Sometimes no. wells per subgroup is not preserved
